Who we are

Climbing house – Stefanos Gerakios apartments and studios is the ideal place for those who want to live the real Kalymnos island experience. We are a family business open during summer and winter. We are located in the Kantouni area (close to Panormos), around 200m from the beach inside a garden.

Close to us

We are next to restaurants, super markets (one of the biggest in Kalymnos), bus stops, cafeterias and bars! The main harbor is only 6 km away. The longest distance on the island is about 14 km (10 minutes riding a motorbike or driving a car).

In the spirit of hospitality

We always make our best effort to serve our guests! Once a week we serve free dinner! Every week we organize a free for all BBQ, next to our swimming pool, with traditional food and snacks.

ROCK CLIMBING

Our apartments are in an ideal location, for rock climbers. We are very close to Monastery, Austrians, Dodoni, Symblegades Petres and Saint Fotis climbing sectors and 5 to 10 minutes (by scooter) distance from other climbing spots.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE

In addition, for your convenience, we offer a free transfer to and from Kalymnos harbor, for your departure and arrival. We also rent motor bikes and cars at very reasonable prices !

MEETING POINT

We keep a climbing book, with all the latest routes on the island, in cooperation with the Municipal Athletic Organization. Many rock climbers use our place as a meeting point.

In climbing house we try to make our guests feel comfortable. We offer you Greek hospitality as a way of life, characterized by the generosity and courtesy shown to those who are far from home.

Car and scooter rentals

We also offer car and scooter rentals at the best prices you can find on the island. Visit our 2 rental offices at Panormos and Masouri and we will be happy to assist you.
